PSG will have to sell at least two players in order to get Neymar

The management of Paris Saint-Germain leadership has decided that it will sell Serge Aurier and Blaise Matuidi. That will only happen if the transfer of Neymar from Barcelona is carried out.
The Brazilian footballer is expected to officially sign with the Parisians on 7 August. The amount of the transaction can reach 222 million euros, which means that Paris Saint-German will have to part with some of their stars in order to comply with the rule of the financial fair play.
Paris Saint-Germain can include Marco Verratti in the deal for Neymar, even it has declined several times the offers of Barcelona.
The reason for the willingness of the Parisians lies in the taxes, which the club according contact with live video stream would have to pay according to French law if the clause for redeeming the Brazilian footballer is activated.
