Carragher is proud of the Liverpool bosses

The legend of Liverpool`s Jamie Carragher said he was pleased with the decision by the club by football tips to keep the ticket prices next season.
As it is known, last weekend many fans of the Reds left the Anfield Stadium in the 77th minute into the match with Sunderland the lameness. Carragher was among them.
The curious thing is that it happened in advance of 2:0 for Merseysiders, who made two goals against the `black cats` and contented themselves with only a draw.
`When I heard that the leadership of Liverpool has taken a decision to freeze the appreciation of tickets for the next two seasons and apologizing to fans for the idea, again, I felt proud of the club.`, Carragher said.
`The fans have started something big on Saturday, walking out of the stadium in the 77th minute. The things escalated to such an extent that by the "Fenway Sports Group" realized the need to make urgent adjustments.`
`It was not nice to see, but that they stood behind fans all across the country, behind not only their own interests. No one wants to see empty stadiums and I hope the topic is closed. Rarely in life you meet people who admit they got it wrong, that`s why the statement on leadership and the apology was very brave.`
`The open letter was the right decision, and the decision not to raise their ticket prices is a message. The easiest thing in this case would be to leave things like that for 12 months and then to raise the ticket prices.`, added Carragher.
